Forge, located in Seattle’s Wallingford neighborhood, features 49 residential rental units with commercial space on the first floor. This is a participant in the City of Seattle’s Multi-family Tax Exemption (MFTE) program (creating 20% workforce housing), as well as HALA – Housing Affordability and Livability Agenda program. Project design features include a shared community room with fireplace seating, a business cocooning work area for residents to work from home, as well as a rooftop deck with unobstructed views of Lake Union and the City of Seattle. The project is currently in the permitting phase.
